The Cons:Picture quality when watching DVDs is only fair, doesn't really upscale. Remote is very small and uncomfortable to work with.

The Audiovox FPE2608DV is a 26" flat panel LCD TV with 720p native resolution and a built-in DVD player capable of playing DVD-R/RW, CD-R/RW, MP3, and JPEG formats.  The TV features both an ATSC and NTSC TV tuner as well as additional features such as progressive scan, closed captioning, and parental control with v-chip.

  The FPE2608DV sits on a detachable tilting swivel base and can also be wall-mounted with the included VESA wall-mounting hardware.  It has built-in stereo speakers with SRS surround sound technology and a number of inputs including S-Video, Component, and VGA.  The TV comes with a remote control and a 1 year warranty.
