Insignia NS-L322Q-10A
$500.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Plenty of HDMI ports, more than most will need. Black levels are very deep, don't end up muddy or loose detail. Menus are well laid out to be intuitive and nice looking.
The Cons:Remote control feels awkward, takes a lot of getting used to.
The Insignia NS-L322Q-10A is a mid-priced unit in Insignia's line of widescreen LCD High Definition TVs. This TV comes with a built-in HDTV tuner. This means that with the adding on of an HD-capable antenna, the user will be able to pick up high definition broadcasts, where available.

The ultraslim build of this TV, as well as the fact that it is wall mountable, make it an easy addition to any home entertainment system. The wall mounting kit is an optional add-on. This LCD flat-panel has a 3:2 pulldown, which allows film-based sources to transfer smoothly to television. This is a key feature if the TV is going to be used in a setting where movie-watching is frequent. To that same end, this TV has a 6.5 ms response time, which means that fast action scenes will not blur. The sound leveler creates a smooth audio. This Insignia line of LCD HDTVs has been getting positive reviews, but it could be said that this mid-priced TV doesn't offer much more than its low-priced counterparts. If size isn't your main consideration, this might be something to think about.
