Product Shot 1 The Pros:Picture quality is excellent - outperforms price-point competitors from Samsung and LG. Initial setup is very simple - inexperienced users will likely have the unit up and running within 5 minutes. Integrated stereo speaker performs very well - highly tolerable for users without an external audio system.

The Cons:Firmware updating can be troublesome - requires cabled internet connection and tends to take a relatively long time. Phillips technical support is hit-and-miss - many users speak of negative experiences (long waits, misinformation, etc.).
