#polaroid_flm_3232 I purchased this product and before the year warranty was expired, I had sound but no picture. Upon contacting Polaroid customer service I was sent a new part and told a technician would contact me within 48 hours to schedule an appt. Three weeks and four additional phone calls later, I still had no working tv and no one at Polaroid seemed to care about quality customer service. My suggestion is buyer beware when purchasing Polaroid tvs.
