The Pros:Wide viewing angle (178 degrees). High contrast ratio for an LCD (15,000:1). Broad color reproduction (CCFL -> 92% NTSC coverage).
A 52" full 1080p LCD TV from Samsung. It features 3 HDMI inputs, 15,000:1 contrast ratio, 178 degree viewing angle, and 8 ms response time. By including a CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light) as a backlight, Samsung claims that the LN-T5265F delivers 25% more of the color range over a typical LCD.

It achieves 92% of the NTSC (National Television Systems Committee) color standard compared to a more typical 72% coverage for an LCD without CCFL. This means that the LN-T5265F will be able to deliver a more vivid, and true to life color spectrum.
Samsung has also tried to improve on the contrast standard of the typical LCD with this television. Typically, LCDs have difficulty reproducing true black colors because their bright backlight. By delivering blacker blacks, the LN-T5265F creates a much higher contrast picture quality.
Early reviews have substantiated Samsung's claims of a higher contrast, brighter, more vivid picture similar to a Plasma television.

#samsung_ln_t5265f I was this TV at Fry's the other day and my jaw dropped...I currently own a 60" Sony LCD Projection and can't wait to go true LCD and my eye is on this Samsung. I'm hoping they release a 60" soon.
