Samsung LN55B650
$3,000.00
Released April, 2009
The Pros:Renders dark scenes with great clarity, can see all the little details. Fast-moving video is rendered sharply without blur or stutter, don't miss anything. Doesn't draw much power while in operation, easy on the electric bill.
The Cons:If there's a lot of sunlight in the room there's a slight shift toward red in the picture. Screen is a bit glossy, need to be mindful of light sources to avoid reflections.
Also known as the 650 Series, the 6 Series line of televisions represents Samsung's second highest end LCD HDTVs that use regular CCFL backlighting solution as opposed to the newer LED backlights.
