The Sanyo DP46841 is a 46" HDTV flat screen television to be released in 2011 along with the otherwise identical 42" DP42841. This model is an update to the DP46840 which came out a year prior with nominal changes and a slimmer and lighter build.

These tv's feature a high gloss black finish and table stand, or if you prefer they can be mounted on a wall with the appropriate mounting kit. They offer Digital Clear QAM tuners for unscrambling digital cable, ATSC digital tuner and analog NTSC tuner for reception of traditional analog signals for a total of 191 channels. A host of connections can be found on the side panel which are listed in detail below, including 3 HDMI inputs, VGA input for use as a computer monitor, USB input for viewing photos stored on a USB flash drive, digital audio output for connecting to a home theater audio system and more. Audio and picture settings can be selected using the included remote control and there is also a 4-Band Equalizer for adjusting the sound to your liking. As these are yet to be released, pricing information is not yet available.

#sanyo_dp46841 I have recently ordered a Bose Solo speaker system to compliment my Sanyo DP46841 ..is there a way to turn off the TV's internal speakers ? also does the TV have an optical digital cable hookup ? appreciate any advice...Thank You Bob Kinnee
