The Cons:Bezel design is bulky and unattractive. Built-in speakers are lacking--sound is somewhat muffled. Known to completely break after a year of use.

The DP46848 is an entry-level LCD HDTV from Sanyo and is an upgrade in size to the DP42848.  The TV features a 46" widescreen display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and native resolution of 1080p for high definition picture.

  It includes built-in 5-watt speakers with MTS/SAP stereo and digital audio and has a response time of 6.5ms.  The DP46848 offers an integrated ATSC/NTSC tuner and includes HDMI, component, S-Video, composite, and PC connectivity.  It is designed with a matte jet black finish and has a detachable tilting stand allowing it to be wall-mounted.  The TV is Energy Star compliant and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
