#sony_bravia_kdl_40s4100 Referencing the comment above, I meant to say I bought the TV in March 2009 (on March 5 - I subbed the date for the year). That's why I'm so annoyed. An $800 TV should last more than 15 mos.

#sony_bravia_kdl_40s4100 Bought one in March 2005, and it just stopped working last week. Power light comes on, but no picture or sound - not even a blue screen. Only 3 mos. out of warranty, but Sony is blowing me off. Can't recommend buying a Sony.
