The Cons:Only 1 HDMI input.
The M4000 series of LCD televisions comprise Sony's entry level offering in their 2008 lineup of TVs. Being the least expensive of Sony's 2008 TVs the M series does not contain the same level of features as the higher end models, but still retains many benefits of the Bravia line including the Bravia image processing engine, and the Cross Media Bar interface.

Sony is marketing the M4000 televisions as a good second TV for a bedroom, or other rooms outside of the main home theater space. The M4000s are a step-up above the L4000 line that removes the Bravia Processing Engine chip, and loses the dynamic backlight. Sony will also be offering these televisions in a variety of "earth tones" to better compliment specific rooms.
