Toshiba Regza 37CV510U

$1,100.00 Released March, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:720p HD resolution is bright and clear - comparable to full 1080p HD amongst TVs smaller than 50 inches. Initial setup is very simple - "plug-and-play" design is ideal for inexperienced users who want to get up and running as fast as possible. Color contrast is excellent - hues are distinct and vibrant, with notable differences amongst similar shades.

The Cons:Built-in sound outputting is relatively poor - audio is flat and lacks distinction between low, middle and high frequencies. On-screen menu lingers for a relatively long time - may cause considerable annoyance upon frequent use. Volume control is slow to respond - unit takes more than a "split-second" to apply + or - level adjustments.

The CV510 series of LCD televisions is marketed towards TV and gaming enthusiasts providing various step-up convenience features over the entry level AV500 series. Both lines offer a panel with a 720p native resolution.
